Lisa Weldy
Administrator
Email:
Ms. Weldy joined the Cougar family in 2025 as School Administrator. Originally from the South, she was raised in central Illinois alongside her four brothers. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and a Master’s in Teaching and Learning with a concentration in Educational Administration, earned through Bob Jones University and Maranatha Baptist University.

Before stepping into administration in 2023, Ms. Weldy spent 16 years in the classroom teaching middle and high school students—six years in South Korea and ten years in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her deep love for Christian education was shaped by her parents’ example: her father served as a pastor, and her mother as both a teacher and school administrator.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Weldy enjoys playing the ukulele, biking or walking through her neighborhood, and spending time with her two beloved cats.
We're looking for educators and coaches who view their roles not just as jobs but as a divine calling, grounded in a strong faith in Christ Jesus.
