2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

The Application Process

  • Application: Start your application by visiting our enrollment page, clicking on the “Apply Now” tab in the menu, or by requesting an enrollment link from our staff. This will open the “Gradelink” system for registration, which involves creating a password and using an active email address. Complete the necessary documentation as part of the registration process, with the option to return and finish at a later time if needed.

  • Academic Evaluation: Each student undergoes an academic evaluation to assist our teaching staff in making informed placement decisions. Our goal is to place students in environments where they can thrive, facing challenges that encourage them to excel.

  • Previous Records: For students transferring from another school, CCS requires records from the previous institution. Homeschooled students should provide course documentation, grades, and work samples.

  • Interviews: Parents of all prospective students, along with secondary students themselves, will have an interview with our Administrator.

  • Board Approval: Following the Administrator's recommendation, prospective families and students meet with the Board of Directors for final admission approval.

  • Notification: The admissions process can take up to two weeks. Completion of the registration process is the initial step and does not guarantee immediate acceptance. We will communicate the outcome of your application promptly.

Important Requirements:

Before starting classes, we must have a copy of the student's birth certificate and current immunization records,

adhering to Missouri State Guidelines.

While applications are accepted year-round, aligning your application with the start

of an academic quarter or semester can provide a smoother transition for the student.

CCS is committed to partnering with families to provide a solid Christian education.

We look forward to welcoming you and supporting your child's academic and spiritual growth.

Our dedicated Administrator, Mrs. Nadine Aitch, and Accounts Manager, Karen Honeycutt, are here to guide you through every step of the process and answer all your questions. Reach out directly at 636-742-5380 or use the form to email them. Let us make your transition to CCS as seamless as possible.

A registration fee per family, along with a copy of the birth certificate and vaccination record for Kindergartners and new students, must be submitted with each family's application for admission or request for re-enrollment.

This fee is non-refundable once the student is accepted, unless the family relocates. The registration fee is payable as follows:

$100 until February 28

(Billed on March statement for returning families)

$250 from March 1 to May 31

$300 from June 1 to June 30

$450 after June 30 through school year

Discounts, Credits, and Penalties

  • Discounts may not be stacked. Families receive one discount per student, the most generous applicable.

  • A student whose parent is a Crosspoint staff or faculty member qualifies for a 50% tuition discount, pro-rated based on number of hours working.

  • Financial aid is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for those with demonstrated need. Interested parties must submit a completed financial aid application online.

  • A penalty of $25.00 will be charged for any NSF checks returned to Crosspoint.  After the second occurrence during the school year, all further transactions with the school must be paid with cash, money order, or cashier's check.

  • Once a student begins attending classes for a semester, tuition is required to be paid in full for that semester even if the student transfers to another school, withdraws, or is removed due to disciplinary measures.  Any exception must be approved by the school board. A student who begins a semester will pay no less than one month's tuition, regardless of exception.
