Tuition Payment Options

To accommodate the financial planning of our families, we offer several tuition payment plans:

Single Payment Plan: Enjoy a 4% discount on tuition when you pay in full by August 1st.
Two Payment Plan: Receive a 2% discount on tuition by paying half by August 1st and the remaining half by December 1st.
Installment Payment Plan: Opt for manageable monthly payments starting June 1st.

All tuition and fees must be settled in full by May 1st to maintain a good standing account status.
We are here to support you through the enrollment process and look forward to welcoming your family to the Crosspoint Christian School community.
A registration fee per family, along with a copy of the birth certificate and vaccination record for Kindergartners and new students, must be submitted with each family's application for admission or request for re-enrollment.
This fee is non-refundable once the student is accepted, unless the family relocates. The registration fee is payable as follows:

$100 until February 28
(Billed on March statement for returning families)
$250 from March 1 to May 31
$300 from June 1 to June 30
$450 after June 30 through school year
Discounts, Credits, and Penalties
-
Discounts may not be stacked. Families receive one discount per student, the most generous applicable.
-
A student whose parent is a Crosspoint staff or faculty member qualifies for a 50% tuition discount, pro-rated based on number of hours working.
-
Financial aid is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for those with demonstrated need. Interested parties must submit a completed financial aid application online.
-
A penalty of $25.00 will be charged for any NSF checks returned to Crosspoint. After the second occurrence during the school year, all further transactions with the school must be paid with cash, money order, or cashier's check.
-
Once a student begins attending classes for a semester, tuition is required to be paid in full for that semester even if the student transfers to another school, withdraws, or is removed due to disciplinary measures. Any exception must be approved by the school board. A student who begins a semester will pay no less than one month's tuition, regardless of exception.
